This commercial mixed-use development features retail spaces on the ground floor, office units on the first floor, and compact studio apartments—designed for Airbnb—on the second and third floors. The project optimizes a constrained site through efficient spatial planning and vertical zoning. Its design is inspired by Arabic architectural styles, expressed through geometric detailing, arch motifs, and a strong interplay of light and shadow, creating a contemporary yet culturally resonant urban structure
